Season Satart March 13 in Purcell |

jerry writes: The 2010 Neosha Show Season will start on March 13, 9:00am at the Mc Clain County Expo (Purcell ). Stalls will be available & close hotel rooms.(Ruby) Show bill will be updated shortly.The show bill will start with Halter first - showmanship - Fences &English classes Please note the date Paints classes& our open classes will on the following dates April 3-May 1- May15 & September 18. ( Last two dates in Stillwater) Introductory with a different show bill on July 24 & October 30, (Challenge ) In Purcell .

Sorry for the delay – I just received confirmation this week from AQHA for the dates we requested for Introductory AQHA shows. We asked for 4 only got 2 dates. The dates are July 24 & October 30, 2010. Both shows will held at Purcell Expo Center in Purcell.
The following shows dates at Purcell are:
March 13-April 3 – May 1
Since Kansas & Oklahoma Quarter Horse Association is holding a join show on our February 20, 2010 in OKC, we decided to cancel our show date in Stillwater. We are trying to get a date in February. at Purcell to replace the cancel date.
Stillwater Dates
May 15 & September 18
We will try adding APHA special events classes for all these dates

jerry writes: Neosha set date with the AQHA on Feb 20,2010 for Intrductory Horse Show in Stillwater - We have added Halter , Fences classes & Open . We will still have our open classes since this is a introductory horse show .We have requested from 3 more Introductory Horse Show from the AQHA .The next three horse show is schedule for Purcell Expo. Sent approval to Oklahoma Quarter for points.

jerry writes: Neosha held the 2009 Oklahoma Challenge on September 18th , at the Stillwater Expo, along with our first APHA special event horse show. I want to thank everyone for a great turn out. The Challenge was scheduled for the first weekend in November, however due to site changes ,plus date changes by Paints World & Pinto Congress ,we canceled the date. Next year we have scheduled the Challenge on Oct 30 at Purcell. Great news we will be adding special events paint classes to our show bill in 2010. This should give APHA members & non members an opportunity to earn points at a low cost at our shows. We are also scheduling AQHA Introductory horse shows.
